Very well located and exceptionally clean. Host was great with communication during our stay and made sure we were comfortable during the hot weather by bringing fans. Information on access and property was exceptional. Would definitely stay again.

Getting around — buses run frequently along Alfreton Road (multiple local routes serve the A610), with nearby bus stops within a short walk. The Nottingham Express Transit (tram) network is accessible: nearest tram stops (Radford Road/Beaconsfield Street or University stops depending on direction) are approximately 0.8–1.2 miles away and provide fast links into the city centre and to Toton Lane. Nottingham Train Station (central) is about 2–3 miles from the property and is reachable by a short bus or tram ride or a 10–15 minute taxi. Walking and cycling are feasible for local trips; the area is relatively well served by local taxi and ride‑share services.
